Dale House
Regional Operating Manager - Mid-Atlantic
Dale House is a 30 year veteran of the Brokerage and Property Management business. He began his career with Pardoe Real Estate in Washington DC in 1992 and became the Washington Rookie of the Year for Sales in 1993. When NRT purchased Pardoe in 1998, Dale was a top producer and also worked Coldwell Banker Property Management Operations in the Washington Metro area. Dale became Senior Manager and Washington Regional Operations manager of the Washington Metro in 2006 and in 2010 became the Regional Director of Property Management for the Washington and Baltimore Regions for Coldwell Banker Property Management. In 2015, Coldwell Banker Property Management became HomeRiver Group®. Dale continued in the role of Regional Operations Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region that covers Washington D.C., Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Byron Harley is a Property Manager for the Greater DC Region and currently works in the Capitol Hill office in Washington, DC. Byron brings 15 years of property management experience, managing both residential and mixed-use properties. Byron brings polished negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on superior customer service. Byron is also an avid DC sports fan and enjoys grilling and time with friends and family.
